Con data de 22 de outubro de 2021 rexistramos unha petición de información ante a Xerencia do Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Santiago de Compostela, para interesarnos pola marcha do procedemento aberto para esclarecer os feitos que se produciron no servizo de urxencias do Complexo Hospitalario Universitario de Santiago de Compostela en relación coa suposta agresión física a un paciente ingresado nese servizo o día 8 de xullo de 2021.

Tal como se nos fora trasladado a día 30 de xullo, procederase ao traslado do correspondente expediente informativo ante a Secretaría Xeral Técnica da Consellería de Sanidade. 

Entendemos que, dado o tempo transcorrido e a dilixencia necesaria para investigar un suceso de tal magnitude pola potencial vulneración dos dereitos fundamentais da persoa agredida, con seguridade tivo que darse unha resolución a este proceso, do que debera facerse pública. 

A garantía de dereitos das persoas en situación de vulnerabilidade, como poden ser aquelas que padecen un trastorno mental severo, é a principal estratexia de atención neste eido e verdadeiro enfoque de redución da estigma que soe acompañar ás persoas con problemas de saúde mental e entorpece o seu proceso de recuperación.
